Law 798: Constitutional Law Colloquium
This colloquium brings leading constitutional scholars from around the country to the College of Law to present their latest works and engage in a discussion with students. Topics will include cutting-edge issues across the spectrum of constitutional law, history, and theory. Students will read in advance the presenter’s work (typically something that is in draft form) and prepare a short paper reacting to it.
Sequence and Prerequisites: There are no prerequisites but a willingness to engage in dialog with outside visitors and other colloquium participants is essential.
Evaluation: Short reaction papers plus contributions to the in-class discussions will form the basis for a student’s grade for the course.
