“I think the mentorship program is very important. My mentor, he is a really good advocate for me. And I think that’s something important about Illinois is that we have a really strong alumni base as well, especially in the Chicagoland area. I think it’s cool to be able to come down here and still work in Chicago and feel like you’re still part of that community.”
