Following the retirement of the Hon. Michael P. Toomin from the Cook County Courts, Hon. Stuart F. Lubin has been appointed interim acting presiding judge of the Juvenile Justice Division. Judge Lubin has been a judge for 32 years, prior to which he served as an Assistant Cook County Public Defender for 17 years.
