Dale G. Haake successfully argued (Jan 2017) in the Third District Court of Appeals (Ottawa) defense of a $1.5 million Oct 2015 jury verdict (Whiteside Co) (Benzakry v. Singh et al. Decision April 2017). The case included unusual circumstances of an appellate court not only granting cross-appeal, but entering judgment in appellate court rather than a remand.
