Adam Fleischer was named a 2019 Trailblazer by the National Law Journal, a distinction bestowed on only 17 firms.

Adam received this honor for leading the BatesCarey team and its insurance clients through some of the most difficult coverage issues facing the industry, such as football concussions, school molestation, malicious prosecution and the nation’s opioid epidemic.

Adam is a member of the management committee at the law firm BatesCarey LLP with a national reputation for innovative advocacy in complex insurance and reinsurance coverage issues with respect to the pre-litigation, litigation and appellate stages.
