Bill Coulson has been reappointed by the Cook County Board to a third five year term on the Board of Directors of the Regional Transportation Authority. The RTA is the funding, budgeting, and oversight agency for mass transit – the CTA, Metra, and Pace Bus – in the six-county metropolitan Chicago area.
