Christopher W. Pratt has been appointed an at-large circuit judge on the Eighth Judicial Circuit, with his appointment effective June 10. Previously, Pratt was Adams County’s chief public defender; he will now fill the remainder of a term left vacant with the removal of Judge Robert Adrian.
