Collin Delaney was selected for the U.S. Air Force’s 2023 Donald C. Rasher Award, recognizing outstanding contributions to the JAG Corps’ education and training programs. Collin is a Lieutenant Colonel in the Air Force Reserve and serves as the Staff Judge Advocate for the 301st Fighter Wing. In his civilian capacity, Collin is a U.S. Administrative Law Judge of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
