David Allen Larson has been elected Chair of the American Bar Association Section of Dispute Resolution. David is a tenured Professor at the Mitchell Hamline School of Law in St Paul, Minnesota, and also is the System Designer for the New York State Unified Court System Small Claims Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Pilot project.
