Dorothy “Dottie” (Parson) McDermott has joined national workplace law firm Jackson Lewis P.C. in Indianapolis as a Principal. Ms. McDermott joined the firm from Ogletree Deakins and focuses her practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counseling.
