Erin O’Boyle-Marr has been named the Deputy Director of Labor Relations and chief labor relations negotiator for the State of Illinois. Erin will be responsible for the negotiation and administration of more than 30 collective bargaining agreements with labor organizations representing State employees and home healthcare workers. Erin will also be the primary labor policy administrator for all State agencies under the jurisdiction of the Governor. Erin previously served as the Labor Relations Supervisor for Ameren and the Deputy General Counsel for Labor Relations for the State of Illinois.
