Waller is a member of the Litigation & Trial Department who represents clients in both the state and federal courts in a variety of complex litigation matters, including securities, environmental, insurance, and general commercial litigation. She has particular experience defending clients in connection with investigations by the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and related civil litigation.
