Henry Young recently accepted the position of Senior Technology Policy Advisor at the Department of Commerce’s National Institute for Standards and Technology (NIST). NIST is responsible for developing standards to protect non-national security federal information systems. Among other areas, NIST’s work includes biometrics, cloud computing, cyber-physical systems, quantum computing, health IT, and the NIST Framework for Improving Critical Infrastructure Cybersecurity.
