Jason Patterson has joined Franczek as a Labor and Employment associate attorney. Jason represents the full spectrum of management clients served by the firm, including private- and public-sector employers in a variety of industries. Jason represents clients in litigation, administrative disputes, and collective-bargaining. He has expansive knowledge of and experience with litigating cases under multiple employment law statutes. He advises clients on employment issues such as termination, discipline, reasonable accommodation requests, employee classification, collective-bargaining agreements, employee handbooks, and wage and hour practices.
