Masatoshi Ohara (MCL ’85) received the Order of the Rising Sun, Gold Rays with Rosette in November 2022. He is a former Vice President of the Japan Federation of Bar Associations and President of Osaka Bar Association. He is currently a partner of Kikkawa Law Office in Osaka, Japan.
