Matthew D. Tanner has been elevated to named partner at the newly-named law firm Roeser Tanner & Graham. Tanner is a commercial litigator with more than 25 years of experience at the trial and appellate levels and is a former Assistant United States Attorney in the Illinois Northern District Court.
