Melvin Oden-Orr has been appointed to the Multnomah County Circuit Court. Mr. Oden-Orr, a hearings officer at the City of Portland, will fill a vacancy created by the impending retirement of Judge Edward J. Jones, and his appointment is effective January 1, 2018.
