Richard L. Miller II, in conjunction with Illinois Institute of Continuing Legal Education (IICLE), has authored a handbook entitled “Laying Foundations for Introducing Evidence.” Mr. Miller will be speaking at, and moderating, a half-day CLE on foundations in Chicago in December 2018. Mr. Miller has published various, additional IICLE chapters and he was named IICLE’s “Author of the Year” in 2015.
