Tom Modeszto, COL (Ret), USA, has been designated the Deputy Senior Associate Counsel, Acquisition Law Group, at Headquarters, Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), Fort Belvoir, VA. Tom previously served with the Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps for over 24 years upon his retirement from Active Duty in September 2015.
