William “Bill” Showtis, 69, of Springfield, Illinois, passed away at 12:30 a.m. on Tuesday, March 20, 2018. He is survived by his wife, Vicki Showtis; one son, Joey (Theresa Waxler) Showtis; two sisters, Barbara (husband, Joe) Conti and Beth (husband, Tom) Hamilton; several nieces and nephews; and his beloved dog, Amos.
