Audrey Kucia (aw dree koo’ cha) is a first-generation college graduate and alumnus several times over of both the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and the University of Illinois Chicago. Audrey has practiced law in house and served in a compliance role for two global Fortune 100 public companies following a decade of public service in the Washington, DC national office of a federal agency. A Life Fellow of the America Bar Foundation, Audrey has served as a volunteer director on the boards for several non-profit organizations and a national advocacy group. Among Audrey’s research areas are: a) nexus between labor law, employment law, civil rights law, cyberlaw and the law of corporate governance and securities; b) blockchain applications for financial and tax reporting; and c) AI and robotic supplantation of white-collar workers and management.
