LLSA supports Latinx students by providing educational, career, and mentorship opportunities, fostering community engagement, and promoting a culturally inclusive environment. This prepares students to become leaders who advocate for the Latinx community, particularly the disadvantaged. Despite representing over 18% of the U.S. population, fewer than 5% of lawyers were Hispanic or Latino as of 2020, according to the ABA. Alumni are encouraged to join the LLSA LinkedIn group, to strengthen connections and support.
