Alicia Duncan is Assistant General Counsel in Winston & Strawn’s Chicago office. Alicia also counsels firm lawyers on professional conduct and risk management matters and monitors firm litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Alicia served as senior litigation counsel for the Attorney Registration & Disciplinary Commission where she prosecuted attorney disciplinary matters, and spoke to lawyers and other professional groups about professional conduct and legal ethics. Alicia has also represented clients in legal malpractice and other professional liability issues. She is a member of the American Bar Association Center for Professional Responsibility, Association of Professional Responsibility Lawyers, and the Chicago Bar Association.
