About

Allen Abrams is a judge advocate in the United States Air Force.  After initially gaining experience prosecuting criminal trials, both in the military and as a Special Assistant United States Attorney, Allen has focused on criminal defense in administrative proceedings, at trial, and on appeal since 2014.   In addition to his work as an advocate, he has led services to over 25,000 clients and mentored production of thousands of appellate pleadings.

Allen graduated summa cum laude with a BA in Economics from St. Mary’s College of Maryland and earned his JD from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he garnered a Pro Bono Award and served, among other roles, as the editor-in-chief of the Virginia Law Weekly.   He is licensed to practice law in Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia, as well as before the Supreme Court of the United States.
