About

Dr. Anthony C.K. Kakooza is an expert in Intellectual Property Law, Cyber Law and Real Estate Law. He is a holder of a Doctor of the Science of Law (J.S.D) Degree focusing on Intellectual Property law from the University of Illinois at Urbana – Champaign, U.S.A; he holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) degree in International Economic Law, focusing on International Intellectual Property law, from the University of Warwick, U.K; he holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) Degree from Makerere University, Uganda and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice (Dip. LP), from the Law Development Center – Uganda.  

Anthony is involved in Intellectual property law legal practice and has participated in the formulation of National Policy in Intellectual Property law and Land law. He is an academician of plus 13 years and teaches at both the Under Graduate and Post Graduate Levels.
