About
Eugene Miller, an assistant U.S. attorney in the Central District of Illinois since 1999, has prosecuted dozens of criminal cases and has argued numerous appeals before the Seventh Circuit. Prior to joining the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Miller was a litigation associate at Sidley Austin and an assistant state’s attorney in Logan County. He received his BA magna cum laude from the University of Illinois, and his JD from Duke University School of Law in 1992 where he was Order of the Coif.
