Jeff Wigfield is an experienced corporate and securities attorney with over 20 years of law firm and in-house legal practice. He has served in senior legal roles at public companies across several industries, including technology, manufacturing, transportation & logistics, financial services, and education, where he focused on SEC reporting, corporate governance, M&A transactions, and executive compensation.

Jeff holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame and a J.D. from Emory University School of Law. Before entering the legal profession, he worked as a public accountant at Ernst & Young, giving him a foundation in accounting and financial reporting that continues to inform his securities law practice.
