Kam Cox serves as the Assistant Athletic Director for Strategic Initiatives at the University of Illinois. He works across several external and internal structures within the athletic department, primarily directing the multiple facets of their name, image and likeness strategy. Kam arrived at Illinois two years ago as the first NIL specialist in the Power Five.

Before Illinois, Kam spent time in New York City working as a securities lawyer at two global law firms. He graduated from Vanderbilt Law School after attending Auburn University, and he hails from Lexington, Kentucky.
