About

Penny Agallianos received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, where she was a Notes Editor on the Georgetown Journal of Legal Ethics. She received her B.A. with Honors in Comparative Literature from Brown University. Professor Agallianos clerked for Judge David Mannheimer of the Alaska Court of Appeals, then practiced law with a small firm in Anchorage. She also served as a member of the Alaska Law Examiners Committee, where she wrote questions for the Alaska bar exam. In recent years, she has volunteered with The Immigration Project and as a judge for moot court and other law student competitions.
