About
Radhe Patel is the Stanton clinical fellow at the University of Illinois College of Law’s First Amendment Clinic. Her research, teaching and advocacy spans speech in schools, rights of protestors, criminal justice reform, and negotiations-dispute resolution. She has handled numerous First Amendment cases in state and federal court, including several protest cases in Chicago arising out of the 2024 Democratic National Convention. Radhe also teaches the negotiations workshop at Harvard Law School and has lectured on the application of negotiations theory to policy development, grassroots organizing + coalition-building, international relations, and other political dealmaking applications. Radhe was a Notes Editor on the Harvard Law Review and clerked for the Honorable Edmond Chang in the Northern District of Illinois. She has practiced complex litigation at Quinn Emanuel and Dechert LLP.
