Law 625:  State and Local Government

This class will provide a more condensed treatment of state and local government law than the typical lecture-based class.  It will, however, be based on the casebook, and will be supplemented with occasional outside readings from the literature.  Each class will be topic-based, and students will be asked to write short response/reverberation papers frequently. 

Sequence and Prerequisites: None

Evaluation: This class will have a written, two-hour, open book final examination.
