I pursued a fellowship opportunity with the law department of the Chicago Board of Education.

The fellowship introduced me to transactional work and provided me with hands-on work reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts, as well as counseling clients on the legal implications of certain contractual provisions. It was through the fellowship that I realized I would enjoy pursuing a transactional career and developed the foundation of skills that I now use on a daily basis.

I currently practice commercial real estate law with the law firm of Ginsberg Jacobs, and I am very excited to continue to learn and grow in this area of the law.
