Corporate Law Program
Corporate law (or “organizational law”) is about more than dollars and cents. It sets the rules and anchors the practices for governing private organizations – whether profit-focused businesses or social enterprises devoted to non-financial causes.
The Illinois Corporate Law Program studies the governance of business associations and other nongovernmental organizations. The twin missions of the Program are to promote and provide access to high-quality scholarship and to enhance the quality of students’ educational experience, within the field of corporate law.
