Richard Marks Joy, 73, of Champaign passed away peacefully in the company of family and friends on Monday July 3, 2017 at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana, IL after complications from pancreatic cancer. Richard was a committed volunteer in the Law Competitions Program for 20 years.
